Community Residential Services

The residences, located in Acton, Andover, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brighton, Brockton, Brookline, Burlington, Canton, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, Lynnfield, Maynard, Middleton, Newton, Peabody, Quincy,  Reading, Roslindale, Stoughton, Watertown, Westborough, and Weymouth, consist of a small number (3-8) of individuals and a high staff ratio. NEW RESIDENCE IN CARLISLE-  Seeking  full and part time RSP's.

ABI PROGRAM - Seeking Residential Support Staff & Residential Awake Overnight Staff. Exp. working with Mental Health or Acquired Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury populations preferred. Driverís license required. Part time positions available in Reading.

RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR - A management position overseeing 6-7 residential programs in the Boston area. Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field.  Direct care experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities required.  Supervisory experience in residential setting required, along with progressive responsibilities in administration, hiring and supervising staff, and working with state agencies.  Current driver's license and car are required.  Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individualsí needs and objectives as well as for providing training and supervision to staff.

RESIDENCE MANAGER - $40K. A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in  Bedford, Concord, Newton and Hyde Park.

CLO MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. $40K. Accountable for the daily operation of the CLO programs in the Watertown, Weymouth, Quincy and Lexington areas. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Special Education or related field preferred.  Experience will be considered in lieu of education. A minimum of one year of working in a residential setting with similar population and ISP experience is required. Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. A valid driverís license and vehicle required. Good written and verbal skills are essential. This position includes direct care in essential programs for the individuals. Must be able to work independently and flexible with work schedule

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required.  Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/AWAKE - $12/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, along with monitoring individuals during sleep hours. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - NIGHT/ASLEEP - $11/hr. asleep overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time position available in Burlington. Part time positions available in Andover and Brighton.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - MORNINGS - $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals' morning routines. Driver's license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Peabody, Littleton, Lowell,  Lynnfield and Westboro.

Day/Vocational Training Services

Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Positions available at the Chelsea and Watertown Day Habs $31K. The qualified candidate must have a BA/BS in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in a position with writing and implementing individual goals and objectives. Driverís license required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time and part  time position available at the Billerica and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-3pm. Assist individuals with ADLís, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required.  Part time position available at TILL Central in Billerica. M-F 9am-3pm and Watertown M-F 10am-3pm.  Driverís license and vehicle required for TILL Central.

FARM MANAGER - Seeking a farm manager to produce and flower crops upkeep the farm and tend to the animals. Part time M-F position based out of Hudson with farm plots in Carlisle and Westboro. Exp. required.

Support Services

TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

LIVE-IN BUILDING MANAGER-COMM. AVE. BRIGHTON Ė Free rent, heat & hot water in exchange for identified duties. Live-In must be available Sun-Thurs 10pm-7am, Fri & Sat 11pm-7am and Mondays 5:30pm-7pm to run tenant meetings. Be available to tenants overnight for emergencies. Run weekly tenant meetings, maintain/clean common areas, building trash removal and complete monthly apartment inspections of apartments for cleanliness/repair needs. Experience working with adults with disabilities who need supports to live independently is required. Must be able to assist tenants with problem solving in emergency situations. Experience with identifying household repairs and strong communication skills are necessary.

LIVE-IN WATERTOWNĖ Free rent, heat & hot water in exchange for identified duties. Be available to tenants overnight for emergencies. Experience working with adults with disabilities who need supports to live independently is required. Must be able to assist tenants with problem solving in emergency situations. Strong communication skills are necessary.

FLEET MANAGER Ė Full time position implementing TILLís transportation system. Hire and supervise all transportation drivers. Some responsibilities include monthly billing, record/submit payroll, reconciliation of receipts, and work with staff to ensure quality transportation services. Driverís license and vehicle required. Good written and oral communication skills necessary. Computer and supervisory skills required. M-F 9am-5pm.

 

PROPERTY  MANAGER Ė Full time position. $16/hr. Landscape, paint and provide general property maintenance for some of our residential and vocational programs in the Northeast/Central Mass areas.  Mon-Fri. The ability to work independently, property maintenance experience/skills necessary. Driverís license and vehicle required.

DRIVER- Bring TILL vehicles for routine maintenance appointments to various locations and return them to their homes. Clean driving record and comfortable driving 5-8 passenger vans. $11/hr. Flexible M-F, 9am-3pm time period.

REGISTERED NURSE-COMMUNITY - Seeking a full time RN to provide health services for individuals living in TILL's North Shore residences. Some responsibilities include; the implementation of individual health care plans, participation in medical reviews and ISPís related to health needs, providing on-site emergency care. Current RN license and at least one year nursing exp. necessary. Driverís license & vehicle required. Mon-Fri. Schedule flexibility necessary. Rotating on-call duties some evenings and weekends.

REGISTERED NURSE-DAY HAB - Seeking a full time RN to provide health services for individuals attending TILLís Billerica Day Habilitation Program. Some responsibilities include; the implementation of individual health care plans, participation in medical reviews and ISPís related to health needs. Current RN license and at least one year nursing exp. necessary. Driverís license & vehicle required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

PCM CASE MANAGER- TILLís PCM Case Manager offer PCA evaluation and skills training to individuals with disabilities who need or currently use the MassHealth Personal Care Attendant Program.   Responsibilities include: the provision of program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates; completion of intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and, annual reevaluations; ongoing caseload management for assigned consumers enrolled in the PCA Program. High customer service orientation, strong communication skills, both oral and written necessary. Strong computer skills necessary. Driverís license/vehicle required. Minimum one-year experience in human services, healthcare or related field preferred. 3 flexible days per week! benefits available!

PCM NURSE EVALUATOR - The PCM Department is seeking PCM Nurse Evaluators for the North Shore, Metro North, Metro West, and Greater Boston areas. Specific Job Responsibilities- To evaluate the physical and cognitive functional status of applicants in their home and make recommendations to maximize their safety and independence for MassHealth Personal Care Attendant (PCA)  Program. To assess and identify the consumerís needs and functional capabilities including the ability to manage personal care services independently. To obtain, complete, and submit all necessary documentation as required by PCA Program so that a successful application can be made to MassHealth on a timely basis (i.e., evaluations, billing, invoice, etc.).  General Expectations- Knowledge of disability issues, and understanding/commitment to Independent Living philosophy and consumer direction. Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-up skills. Must have own transportation. Specific Qualifications- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Experience working independently. Have experience with persons with disabilities. This is a consultant position; agency agrees to pay $70/completed evaluation, $75 for bilingual RN's.  Guaranteed minimum of 10 cases/month. seeking consultant for the Boston and South Shore areas. Ability to speak Spanish required. Creole preferred.

Clinical Services

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - TILL-STRATTUS Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Fluent in Creole, Spanish or Portuguese preferred. BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST -Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.

ABA THERAPISTS / DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS - Seeking a direct support workers (DSW) to implement in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program and/or insurance-based ABA services. The DSW follows through with a behavior plan and skill acquisition plan developed by a senior level therapist. The DSW is also responsible for recording data on targeted skills and behaviors as directed by the senior level therapist. This position will require a minimum of six hours a week per child served. Qualifications: Bachelorís Degree preferred, though not required, direct experience working one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder, availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends. Pay rate is based on exp. and qualifications and will start at $25 per hour.

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST/LICENSED APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (TILL ABA) - Seeking a BCBA or LABA to provide ABA services to children on the autism spectrum. The BCBA/LABA conducts assessments, creates intervention plans, collects data, works closely with the parent(s)/caregiver(s), and leads the team in implementing the behavior/treatment plan. Qualifications: Masters and/or Doctoral Level Practitioner AND valid and current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D OR Valid and current license as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts, a minimum of three years experience in ABA, strong supervisory skills, availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends. Pay rate is based on exp. and qualifications and pay up to  $75 per hour. We are seeking part time consultants (afterschool/weekend hours) to highly qualified BCBA's/BABA's.

REGISTERED NURSE - Seeking a full time Community RN in the Burlington, Billerica, Andover and Lexington areas. Monitor chronic and episodic health care and assess acute conditions in coordination with the individuals' other Health Care Providers and program staff. Driver's license and vehicle required. Must maintain current RN licensure in MA. Minimum of 3 years working as an RN and minimum of 2 years working within the field of developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

REGISTERED NURSE - Seeking a full time RN to monitor chronic and episodic health care and assess acute conditions to adults with developmental disabilities attending the TILL Billerica Day Habilitation Program.  Driver's license and vehicle required. Must maintain current RN licensure in MA. Minimum of 3 years working as an RN and minimum of 2 years working within the field of developmental disabilities or mental health preferred. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

PER DIEM LPN/RN- Seeking Relief LPN or RNís to provide services on a per diem basis to assist the regular nursing staff with administration of medications and treatments.  Monitor/manage routine and episodic health care and medical health care needs at TILLís Day Habs located in Billerica, Chelsea, Hudson or Watertown. Per Diem hours run primarily 8:30am-4pm, M-F. Current RN or LPN license required. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred.

LPN- Seeking a LPN to assist the RN with health services. Driverís license and vehicle required. Current LPN license required. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred. Food Service Opportunities

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea,  Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.

SCHOOL LUNCH MENU PLANNER Ė  Part time position M-F 10:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities include writing all of the menus for ETC Hyde Park and Cravings in Nashua, NH. Complete all of the nutritional analyses for each school, complete all production records, billing, price analyses with the order guides for all four sites. Driverís license, vehicle and travel necessary. Computer skills required. Knowledge of NSLP (National School Lunch Program) necessary. Benefits available.
