RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - starting pay, $11.29/hr plus benefits! Entry level professional positions. Responsibilities include direct care as well as development and implementation of individual support plans. Hours run primarily 3pm-11pm with a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - NIGHT - starting pay $9.25/hr for asleep overnights and $10.50/hr for awake overnights, plus benefits! Entry level professional positions. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of the individuals all night and assisting in morning routines. Hours run 11pm-9am. LIVE-IN - QUINCY OR LEXINGTON -Seeking a friendly, caring and patient person to be an integral part of a beautiful home in Quincy or Lexington. The qualified candidate must be available Sun-Thurs 10pm-8am (Lexington) / Sun-Thurs 11p-7a (Quincy). Experience working with developmental disabilities required. Strong knowledge of running a household & time management skills necessary. Driver’s license and vehicle required. Day/Vocational Training Services
SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at the Watertown or Hudson Day Hab. DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time positions available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Hudson and Watertown Day Hab programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. $11.29/hr. Part time position available in Chelsea. At least one year human service experience required. SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST- Position is available at our Hudson Day program. The Sensory-Motor Day Support Professional is an integral part of the day program. Assist clinical staff in the assessment of individual skill development and implementation of appropriate programs, which may require physically assisting individuals, including lifting, passive restraints and hand over hand assistance. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OT and PT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. DRIVER - Seeking a part time Driver to provide transportation in the Boston area. Monday -Friday 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm. Some responsibilities include assisting the individuals with loading and unloading, maintain route information, and following all maintenance and vehicle care schedules. area. Provide assistance for daily living, community integration and

The Autism Support Broker is an integral part of the support services network available to individuals and families. The overall responsibility and purpose of this position is to provide a variety of support services and resources to the families and their children who have been determined to eligible for the Autism Waiver Program. Their role will not duplicate those provided in targeted case management instead they will focus on the following set of activities in support of self-and family-directed services. The hours of this position may include days, evenings and weekends depending on the caseload. BA/BS required. Clinical Services MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - TILL-STRATTUS Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Fluent in Creole, Spanish or Portuguese preferred. Food Service Opportunities Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea and Hyde Park.
