Community Residential Services
RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR - A management position overseeing 6-7 residential service locations. Strong supervisory, administrative and clinical skills mandatory. Other qualifications include experience in residential settings and with adults who have developmental disabilities. A minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
RESIDENCE MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Andover, Billerica, Burlington, Danvers, Lexington and Littleton.
CREATIVE LIVING OPTIONS (CLO) MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the CLO residences in Weymouth, Lexington and Quincy. Day/Vocational Training Services
SITE SUPERVISOR- Position available at TILL Central in Billerica and Watertown. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Maintain a quality program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic and physical plant policies. BA/BS preferred. Three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. Driver’s license and vehicle required.
SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea or Hudson Day Hab.
DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time positions available at the Hudson and Watertown Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. $11.29/hr. At least one year human service experience required. INSTRUCTOR – Seeking a part time Instructor for TRASE located in Hyde Park. This after school program offers structured social and recreational activities to children and adolescents ages 11-22 who have a wide range of cognitive disabilities. Assist with the development of activities. Exp. working with children, developmental disabilities or recreation preferred. $10/hr. Position based on school year schedule. Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm.
PER DIEM RN- Seeking Relief RN’s to provide services on a per diem basis to assist the regular nursing staff with administration of medications and treatments. Monitor/manage routine and episodic health care and medical health care needs at TILL’s Day Habs located in Billerica, Chelsea, Hudson or Watertown. Per Diem hours run primarily 9am-3pm, M-F. THERAPIST COORDINATOR/IHBS – TILL is seeking a full time Therapist Coordinator to provide clinical supervision of all non-credentialed therapists delivering In Home Behavioral Services under CBHI. Oversee and ensure the implementation of behavioral assessments and treatment plans. Position is based out of TILL’s Dedham or Peabody office Mon-Fri. Flexibility and willingness to travel necessary. Master’s degree with BCBA or CBHI credentialed clinician and at least ten years of experience in the field. Most possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea and Hyde Park.
FOOD SERVICE PROFESSIONAL- Position available at ETC-Chelsea. Assist with the production of food for catering business, cleaning and dishwashing duties. Deliver to 2 accounts per day. Great customer service & communication skills, ability to lift 50lbs and work in fast paced environment necessary. Driver’s license and vehicle required. $11/hr with benefits! M-F 7am-2pm.
DRIVER – Part time position at ETC-Chelsea. Drive and deliver food to 2 sites in company vehicle. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to lift 50bs. Mon-Fri 10:30am-12:30pm. Sound driving record required.
