Community Residential Services

The residences, located in Acton, Andover, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brighton, Brockton, Brookline, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, Lynnfield, Maynard, Middleton, Newton, Peabody, Quincy,  Roslindale, Stoughton, Watertown, Westborough, and Weymouth, consist of a small number (3-8) of individuals and a high staff ratio. Full and part time positions and a variety of schedules available.

RESIDENCE MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Billerica, Chelmsford, Danvers, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington and Littleton.

CREATIVE LIVING OPTIONS (CLO) MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the CLO residences in Weymouth, Lexington and Quincy. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $11.29/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver=s license required.  Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time positions available in: Acton, Andover, Bedford, Brookline, Brighton, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell,  Roslindale, Weymouth and Westboro. Part time positions available in: Acton, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Bridgewater, Brookline, Burlington, Chelmsford, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Littleton, Lowell, Maynard, Newton, Roslindale, Stoughton, Weymouth and Westboro.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/AWAKE $10.50/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, along with monitoring individuals during sleep hours. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time positions available in: Bedford, Burlington, Chelmsford, Dedham, Hyde Park, Lowell and Weymouth. Part time positions available in: Acton, Billerica, Burlington, Danvers, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Maynard, Westboro and Weymouth.

 RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/ASLEEP $9.25/hr. asleep overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time position available in: Hyde Park. Part time position available in: Danvers and Dorchester.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-MORNINGS - $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals' morning routines. Driver's license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Concord, Danvers, Hyde Park, Littleton, Lowell and Newton. PSS morning or evening hours available in Billerica, Burlington, Concord, Chelmsford, Danvers, Dedham, Peabody and Stoughton. $10.84/hr.


Day/Vocational Training Services

Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at  the Billerica, Hudson or Watertown Day Hab.

SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST - $12.02/hr. Part time position available at the Hudson Day Hab. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR and RPT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. Two years’ experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities are required. A BA/BS in human service, psychology, sociology, special education or related field is preferred. M-F 9am-3pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica, Watertown and Chelsea. Driver’s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.

INSTRUCTOR - Seeking a part time Instructor for TRASE located in Hyde Park. This after school program offers structured social and recreational activities to children and adolescents ages 11-22 who have a wide range of cognitive disabilities. Assist with the development of activities. Exp. working with children, developmental disabilities or recreation preferred. $10/hr. Position based on school year schedule. Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm.

PER DIEM RN - Seeking Relief RN’s to provide services on a per diem basis to assist the regular nursing staff with administration of medications and treatments.  Monitor/manage routine and episodic health care and medical health care needs at TILL’s Day Habs located in Billerica, Chelsea, Hudson or Watertown. Per Diem hours run primarily 9am-3pm, M-F.  Current RN license required. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred.


Support Services


TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

THERAPIST COORDINATOR/IHBS – TILL is seeking a full time Therapist Coordinator to provide clinical supervision of all non-credentialed therapists delivering In Home Behavioral Services under CBHI. Oversee and ensure the implementation of behavioral assessments and treatment plans. Position is based out of TILL’s Dedham or Peabody office Mon-Fri. Flexibility and willingness to travel necessary. Position requires an independently  licensed masters level (or above) Mental Health clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Phd etc) with behavioral training and at least ten years of experience in the field. Most possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Driver’s license and vehicle required. Salary negotiable. Benefits available!

HOME CARE PROVIDER - Seeking caring individuals/couple to share their home with adults who have developmental disabilities in the Framingham, Natick, Randolph, Quincy, Weymouth and Nashua, NH . BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST -Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.

CONSULTANT MONITOR INTERPRETER – Seeking Consultant Bi-Lingual Monitors who speak Creole, Portuguese, Arabic or Spanish to work with families who are part of the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative in the Boston and Metro Boston areas. Clinical Services

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - TILL-STRATTUS Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Fluent in Creole, Spanish or Portuguese preferred. REGISTERED NURSE - Seeking a full time RN to provide health services for adults who have developmental disabilities living in the Greater Boston area. Some responsibilities include; the development of individual health care plans, participate in medical reviews and ISPs related to health needs, provide on-site emergency care. Current MA RN license and at least one year nursing exp. necessary. Driver’s license & vehicle required. Mon-Fri, with benefits! 

LPN -  LPN position available  with Residential Support Professional responsibilities. Monitor and manage routine and episodic health care and medical needs as defined in the individual health care plans and needs arise. Participate in direct care activities, including personal care and hygiene, mealtime activities, individual activities and programs. Current LPN license and one year exp. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Part time position available in Burlington or Hyde Park.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Seeking part time OT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our  Watertown Day Habilitation Program. Driver's license and vehicle required. A BA/BS in Occupational Therapy and state registration required.

Food Service Opportunities

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea and Hyde Park. There are no available positions at this time.
