Day/Vocational Training Services
Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).
PROGRAM MANAGER- Position available at our Watertown Day Habilitation Program. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years of experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual goals and objectives, and supervision. Day Services/ Day Habilitation experience is required. Valid driver’s license & vehicle required. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
SITE SUPERVISOR - Position available at TILL Central located in Billerica. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Maintain a quality program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic and physical plant policies. BA/BS preferred. Three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. Driver’s license & vehicle required.
SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at the Chelsea Day Hab.
SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST - $12.02/hr. Part time position available at the Hudson Day Hab. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR and RPT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. Two years’ experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities are required. A BA/BS in human service, psychology, sociology, special education or related field is preferred. M-F 9am-3pm.
DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Part time position also available Billerica M-F 9am-3pm. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica and Chelsea. PCM CASE MANAGER - TILL’s Personal Care Management Service (PCM) is one of the largest PCM programs within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. TILL’s PCA Skills Trainers offer PCA evaluation and skills training to individuals with disabilities who need or currently use the MassHealth Personal Care Attendant Program. Responsibilities include: the provision of program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates; completion of intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and, annual reevaluations; ongoing caseload management for assigned consumers enrolled in the PCA Program. High customer service orientation, strong communication skills, both oral and written necessary. Driver’s license/vehicle required. Minimum one-year experience in human services, healthcare or related field preferred. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. M-F 9am-5pm.
BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST -Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.
AFTERSCHOOL INSTRUCTORS – Work with school-age children at an afterschool program in Hyde Park. Part-time schedules available M-F 2pm-6p.

SENIOR LEVEL THERAPIST CONSULTANT (Autism Waiver Program) - Seeking a senior level therapist (SLT) to develop and oversee in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program. The SLT creates behavior plan/skill acquisition programs, establishes data collection methodology and fabricates any necessary visual supports. It is the SLT’s responsibility to train and provide clinical supervision to direct support workers implementing plans and programs. The SLT is also responsible for writing quarterly reports and presenting these reports at quarterly team meetings. This position will require a minimum of four hours a month per child served. Qualifications for the SLT position are as follows: Doctoral or Master’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in a lead role designing and implementing behaviorally based therapies with children with ASD. Pay rate is based on qualifications and experience and will fall between $60 and $75 per hour.
DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER CONSULTANT (Autism Waiver Program) - Seeking a direct support worker (DSW) to implement in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program. The DSW follows through with a behavior plan and skill acquisition plan developed by a senior level therapist. The DSW is also responsible for recording data on targeted skills and behaviors as directed by the senior level therapist. This position will require a minimum of six hours a week per child served. Qualifications for the DSW position are as follows: Bachelor’s Degree and direct experience working one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder. Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications and will start at $25 per hour.

We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea, Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.
NUTRITIONAL MENU PLANNER – Part time position M-F 10:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities include writing all of the menus for ETC Hyde Park and Cravings in Nashua, NH. Complete all of the nutritional analyses for each school, complete all production records, billing, price analyses with the order guides for all four sites.
