RESIDENCE MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Driver's license required. Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).
SITE SUPERVISOR - Positions available at TILL Central located in Billerica or Chelsea. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Maintain a quality program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic and physical plant policies. BA/BS preferred. Three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. Driver’s license & vehicle required.
SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at the Billerica, Hudson or Watertown Day Hab.
SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST - $12.02/hr. Part time position available at the Hudson Day Hab. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR and RPT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. Two years’ experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities are required. A BA/BS in human service, psychology, sociology, special education or related field is preferred. M-F 9am-3pm.
DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica, Watertown and Chelsea. Driver’s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.
GENERAL BOOKKEEPER – Full time position based out of the Dedham office. Key responsibilities will include processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, Bank and Account Reconciliation, and creating and adjusting Journal Entries. We are seeking a team player who will work well with all staff. The successful candidate will know how to work independently and deliver accurate and timely financial reports each month. Ideal candidates will hold an Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics and 1 year of experience. Candidates should have excellent and professional communication skills and the ability to interact with internal employees as well as funding sources. PCA SKILLS TRAINER - TILL’s Personal Care Management Service (PCM) is one of the largest PCM programs within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. TILL’s PCA Skills Trainers offer PCA evaluation and skills training to individuals with disabilities who need or currently use the MassHealth Personal Care Attendant Program. Responsibilities include: the provision of program overview to interested consumers and their surrogates; completion of intake and orientation for new PCA referrals and, annual reevaluations; ongoing caseload management for assigned consumers enrolled in the PCA Program. High customer service orientation, strong communication skills, both oral and written necessary. Driver’s license/vehicle required. Minimum one-year experience in human services, healthcare or related field preferred. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required. M-F 20hours/week flexible hours.
WEYMOUTH LIVE IN- Provide overnight coverage in a program with up to 8 individuals, who are fairly independent and require minimal assistance, in exchange for FREE RENT! Live in must be available in the event of an emergency during night hours Sun-Th 10:30pm-7:30am. Live-in must be in the main house from 6am-7:30am to make sure all individuals are ready to be picked up for their work programs. Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea, Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.
NUTRITIONAL MENU PLANNER – new position! Part time position M-F 10:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities include writing all of the menus for ETC Hyde Park and Cravings in Nashua, NH. Complete all of the nutritional analyses for each school, complete all production records, billing, price analyses with the order guides for all four sites.
