Community Residential Services

The residences, located in Acton, Andover, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brighton, Brockton, Brookline, Burlington, Canton, Carlisle, Charlestown, Chelmsford, Chelsea, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, Lynnfield, Maynard, Middleton, Newton, Peabody, Quincy,  Reading, Roslindale, Stoughton, Watertown, Westborough, and Weymouth, consist of a small number (3-8) of individuals and a high staff ratio. Full and part time positions and a variety of schedules available.

ABI PROGRAM - Seeking  a Residential Support Staff & Residential Awake Overnight Staff. Exp. working with Mental Health or Acquired Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury populations preferred. Driverís license required. Full/art time positions available in Dedham, Reading, Carlisle and Canton.

RESPITE CENTER Ė Full/part time evenings, awake and asleep overnight positions available in Chelsea.

RESIDENCE MANAGER - $40K. A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Acton, Easton, Lowell, Burlington, Brockton and Andover.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required.  Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - Shared Living is seeking a positive and energetic person to provide PCA type services for a woman living in a private family home in Sharon, MA. Assist with personal care, meal times and provide companionship. Split shift hours Sunday-Saturday 6am-8am and 6pm-8pm. $14.50/hr with benefits! Driver's license not required however the home is not easily accessible by public transportation.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/AWAKE - $12/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, and direct care. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/ASLEEP - $11/hr. asleep overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs and direct care. Driver's license required. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Peabody, Littleton, Lowell,  Lynnfield and Westboro.

Day/Vocational Training Services

Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-  10 hours in Watertown, 10 hours in Billerica, 10 hours in Hudson and/or 10 hours in Chelsea. File record reviews and other clerical support duties.

SITE SUPERVISOR - Position available at TILL Central- Autism Initiative located in Billerica. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain a quality day program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic, and physical plant policies. Minimum High School diploma with three yearsí experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. BA/BS in Human Service Psychology or related field preferred. Must have the ability to develop and write objectives, possess good English, written and oral communication skills, have the ability to develop teaching strategies and train staff. Driverís license and vehicle required. This position includes providing direct care for the individuals including lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance. Exp. with Autism required. M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.

AFTER SCHOOL DSP Ė Part time M-F afternoon openings available at TRASE located in Hyde Park.

SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Positions available at the Hudson, Billerica and Watertown Day Hab. The qualified candidate must have a BA/BS in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in a position with writing and implementing individual goals and objectives. Driverís license required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time and part  time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm/9am-3pm/12pm-3pm. Assist individuals with ADLís, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. 

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL(Vocational) - Full time position available at ETC located in Hyde Park- M-F 8am-4pm. Exciting opportunity working with individuals with developmental disabilities in entrepreneurial catering/gift shop to develop appropriate work and social skills. Flexibility required as may work in either catering/gift shop, art studio or go in the community to volunteer. Exp. working with individuals with disabilities and preferred. Excellent communication and writing skills required. Driver's license and vehicle necessary. Ability to lift 25lbs.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Artisan)  Ė Unique opportunity to work with individuals in an entrepreneurial business located in Hyde Park. Teach art/crafting skills to produce items for sale in ETC Gift Shop. Develop community interests and involvement for individuals in CBDS program. Qualifications: Sewing , embroidery, painting and woodworking skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous exp. working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Driverís license required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

Support Services

TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

LIFE COACH CONSULTANT-Hours available in Greater Boston, Canton, Wrentham, Brookline, Newton and Walpole.  Hours vary based on availability of individual in need. Provide targeted goal oriented supports to people with high functioning ASD. Must be able to create structured plans with concrete step that the person can complete independently. Must be able to commit to providing 2-4 hours per week. Coaching services provides a maximum of 144 hours of support per year. Scope of supports includes college applications, connecting with resources, vocational services and independent living skills. BA/BS or MA degree and at least 2 years exp. working with adults with ASD. Knowledge of ABA or exp. providing ABA preferred. Be familiar with the process of applying for eligibility for needed supports and resources. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Driver's license required. Hourly rate is based on standard rates set by DDS-based on approved level of service.

SPRINGBOARD LEADER -Seeking a prep leader to develop bi-weekly activities and accompany students on social events. Perfect position for current TILL consultants seeking extra hours!! Develop Springboard prep activity scheduled for 10-15 members. Accompany students on activities. TILL van provided. Work to develop social skills. The qualified candidate must have high energy, the ability to motivate others and enjoy working with high school students. Exp. with high functioning Autism /Asperger's / LD necessary. Driver's license and sound driving record required. $65 per session. Every other Saturday 11am-3pm.

Clinical Services

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - Strattus @ TILL Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with Strattus. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Everett, Malden, Medford, Stoneham and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Fluent in Creole, Spanish or Portuguese preferred. BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST - Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.

ABA THERAPISTS / DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS - Seeking a direct support workers (DSW) to implement in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program and/or insurance-based ABA services. The DSW follows through with a behavior plan and skill acquisition plan developed by a senior level therapist. The DSW is also responsible for recording data on targeted skills and behaviors as directed by the senior level therapist. This position will require a minimum of six hours a week per child served. Qualifications: Bachelorís Degree preferred, though not required, direct experience working one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder, availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends. Pay rate is based on exp. and qualifications and will start at $25 per hour. 

BCBA THERAPIST CONSULTANT - TILL, Inc. is seeking part-time (afterschool/weekend hours) Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts(LABA) to be part of our enthusiastic team providing home based ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our ABA services team provides individualized treatment to our clients, which includes functional behavioral assessments, ongoing data collection, behavioral and skill based treatment planning, and parent training in the home setting. The BCBA/LABA will complete initial assessments of clients (including VBMAPP or ABLLS), develop each clientís treatment plan, review collected data, and appropriately update the treatment plan to meet the clientís and familyís needs. The BCBA/LABA is also responsible for guiding and supervising the ABA therapist/DSW implementing the treatment plan, ensuring adequate support for the family, and providing training for family members. Qualifications: Masters and/or Doctoral Level Practitioner AND current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D AND current license as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA. Strong supervisory skills. Availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends.

LPN- Seeking an LPN to assist the RN with health services. Driverís license and vehicle required. Current LPN license required. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred. Part time positions available in  Billerica,  Concord, Acton, Hyde Park,  Dedham or Canton.

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES -Seeking an experienced RN to oversee the provision of health services throughout TILL. The right candidate should have strong leadership abilities and several years of management experience with demonstrated flexibility in collaborating with multiple departments in community settings. This is a senior management position. RN plus Bachelor's Degree in a health related discipline. Minimum of 5 years in community-based programs preferred. At least 2 years managerial experience. Previous experience with DD population and Electronic Health Records systems. Driver's license and vehicle required.

RN- Seeking an RN for TILL's Day Habilitation Program located in Billerica. Current RN license required. Driverís license and vehicle necessary. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred. Mon - Fri from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - Seeking a part time SLP to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Hudson Day Habilitation Program. State registration required.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - Seeking a part time OT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Chelsea Day Habilitation Program. State registration required.

New Hampshire Career Opportunities

HOME CARE PROVIDER- Seeking a provider without young children in the Nashua area for friendly gentleman with developmental disabilities. Provide assistance and work towards goals surrounding ADLís, meal prep, laundry etc. Must provide transportation to and from his day program M-F 9am-3pm.Tax free stipend, respite and support available! Food Service Opportunities

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea,  Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.
