RESIDENCE MANAGER - $40K. A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Arlington, Danvers, Dedham, Lexington, Newton and Reading.
RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $13.50/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required. Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.
RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/AWAKE - $11/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, along with monitoring individuals during sleep hours. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.
RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/ASLEEP - $10/hr. asleep overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-MORNINGS - $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals' morning routines. Driver's license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Bridgewater, Burlington, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Hyde Park, Lowell, Newton , Peabody, Westboro and Weymouth.
Day/Vocational Training Services
Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).
ARTISAN- Full time Artisan position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to produce gift items for the gift shop. Assist in all aspects of catering/gift shop to assist individuals to obtain vocational skills. Art background working with various mediums necessary. Exp. working with individuals with disabilities and exp. in decorating/merchandising a store preferred. Excellent communication and writing skills required. M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. $13.50/hr. DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - $13.50/hr. A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time and part position available at the Billerica and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-3pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica and Watertown. Driver’s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Assist various departments with their particular clerical and administrative functions Mon-Wed. Run the front desk as the Receptionist Thurs and Fri. Computer skills are required. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner. Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. $14/hr.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER – Full time position. $14.50/hr. Landscape, paint and provide general property maintenance for some of our residential and vocational programs in the Northeast/Central Mass areas. Mon-Fri. The ability to work independently, property maintenance experience/skills necessary. Driver’s license and vehicle required.
HOME CARE PROVIDER - Seeking caring individuals/couple to share their home with adults who have developmental disabilities in the Framingham, Natick, Randolph, Quincy, Weymouth and Nashua, NH . MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - TILL-STRATTUS Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST -Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.
THERAPIST COORDINATOR OF IN-HOME BEHAVIORAL SERVICES - Work with existing providers and provide training to clinicians. Maintain a caseload of 4-6. Oversee all therapist clinicians, clinically supervising non-licensed therapist and their supervisors. Conduct utilization/quality assurance reviews of documentation for supervisees. The qualified candidate must be licensed with excellent behavior management skills. BCBA or CBHI credentialed clinician preferred. At least 10 years behavioral exp. conducting FBA's and Behavior Plan Development necessary. Driver's license and vehicle required. Position based out of TILL's Dedham office.
SENIOR LEVEL THERAPIST CONSULTANT (Autism Waiver Program) - Seeking a senior level therapist (SLT) to develop and oversee in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program. The SLT creates behavior plan/skill acquisition programs, establishes data collection methodology and fabricates any necessary visual supports. It is the SLT’s responsibility to train and provide clinical supervision to direct support workers implementing plans and programs. The SLT is also responsible for writing quarterly reports and presenting these reports at quarterly team meetings. This position will require a minimum of four hours a month per child served. Qualifications for the SLT position are as follows: Doctoral or Master’s Degree and a minimum of two years’ experience in a lead role designing and implementing behaviorally based therapies with children with ASD. Pay rate is based on qualifications and experience and will fall between $60 and $75 per hour.
DIRECT SUPPORT WORKER CONSULTANT (Autism Waiver Program) - Seeking a direct support worker (DSW) to implement in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program. The DSW follows through with a behavior plan and skill acquisition plan developed by a senior level therapist. The DSW is also responsible for recording data on targeted skills and behaviors as directed by the senior level therapist. This position will require a minimum of six hours a week per child served. Qualifications for the DSW position are as follows: Bachelor’s Degree and direct experience working one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder. Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications and will start at $25 per hour.

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea, Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.
FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT – Position available at ETC located in Chelsea. Assist catering business to prepare/package food for local school. Deliver prepared meals to school. Must be able to lift 50lbs, have a driver’s license and excellent customer service skills. $12/hr. M-F 7am-11am.
RELIEF CASHIER/DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL – per diem position available 9/28/15-12/28/15 at ETC located in Hyde Park. Assist customers in the gift shop and run the register. Work directly with individuals with disabilities to gain vocational/employment skills. Must be available to commit to all 5 days for the full 12 weeks. Excellent customer service and cashiering skills required. M-F 8:15am-4:15pm.
NUTRITIONAL MENU PLANNER – Part time position M-F 10:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities include writing all of the menus for ETC Hyde Park and Cravings in Nashua, NH. Complete all of the nutritional analyses for each school, complete all production records, billing, price analyses with the order guides for all four sites. Driver’s license, vehicle and travel necessary. Computer skills required. Knowledge of NSLP (National School Lunch Program) necessary. Benefits available.
