Community Residential Services

The residences, located in Acton, Andover, Arlington, Bedford, Billerica, Braintree, Bridgewater, Brighton, Brockton, Brookline, Burlington, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Easton, Hyde Park, Lexington, Littleton, Lowell, Lynnfield, Maynard, Middleton, Newton, Peabody, Quincy,  Roslindale, Stoughton, Watertown, Westborough, and Weymouth, consist of a small number (3-8) of individuals and a high staff ratio. Full and part time positions and a variety of schedules available.

RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR - A management position overseeing 6-7 residential service locations. Strong supervisory, administrative and clinical skills mandatory. Other qualifications include experience in residential settings and with adults who have developmental disabilities. A minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field preferred. ABI PROGRAM - TILL is proud to announce the opening of our first residence for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury in Canton, MA.  Seeking an LPN, Residential Support Staff & Residential Awake Overnight Staff.  Exp. working with Mental Health or Acquired Brain Injury/Traumatic Brain Injury populations necessary. Driver’s license required. Opening August 2014!

RESIDENCE MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Bedford, Billerica, Bridgewater, Chelmsford, Danvers and Hyde Park.

CREATIVE LIVING OPTIONS (CLO) MANAGER - A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the CLO residences in Weymouth, Lexington and Quincy. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $12/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required.  Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time and/or part time positions available in: Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Canton, Chelmsford, Chelsea, Concord, Danvers, Dedham, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Littleton, Maynard, Newton and Westboro.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/ASLEEP - $9.25/hr. asleep overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs. Driver's license required. Schedules vary. Overnight hours are 11pm-9am. Full time and/or part time positions available in: Chelsea, Concord, Danvers and Dedham.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-MORNINGS - $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals' morning routines. Driver's license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Littleton, Lowell, Newton and Westboro


Day/Vocational Training Services

Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

PROGRAM MANAGER- Position available at our Hudson Day Habilitation Program. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of a BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years of experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual goals and objectives, and supervision. Day Services/ Day Habilitation experience is required. Valid driver’s license & vehicle required. Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

SITE SUPERVISOR - Position available at TILL Central located in Billerica.  Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Maintain a quality program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic and physical plant policies. BA/BS preferred. Three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. Driver’s license & vehicle required.

SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at  the Billerica, Hudson or Watertown Day Hab.

SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST - $12.02/hr. Part time position available at the Hudson Day Hab. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR and RPT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. Two years’ experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities are required. A BA/BS in human service, psychology, sociology, special education or related field is preferred. M-F 9am-3pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica, Watertown and Chelsea. Driver’s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.

Support Services

TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

WEYMOUTH LIVE IN- Provide overnight coverage in a program with up to 8 individuals, who are fairly independent and require minimal assistance, in exchange for FREE RENT! Live in must be available in the event of an emergency during night hours Sun-Th 10:30pm-7:30am. Live-in must be in the main house from 6am-7:30am to make sure all individuals are ready to be picked up for their work programs. This includes medication oversight, breakfast and appropriately dressed for work. Three years exp. working with individual with D/D and strong communication skills both oral and written necessary. HOME CARE PROVIDER - Seeking caring individuals/couple to share their home with adults who have developmental disabilities in the Framingham, Natick, Randolph, Quincy, Weymouth and Nashua, NH . BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST -Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.

AFTERSCHOOL INSTRUCTORS Work with school-age children at an afterschool program in Hyde Park.  Part-time schedules available M-F.

Clinical Services

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN - TILL-STRATTUS Mental Health Clinic is seeking new and soon to be master's level graduates for counseling positions with STRATTUS. Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Boston, Cambridge, Watertown, Malden, Revere, Wakefield and surrounding areas. Weekly clinical supervision is provided by senior staff. Immediate openings for competitive fee-for-service positions. Fluent in Creole, Spanish or Portuguese preferred. PHYSICAL THERAPIST - Seeking a part time PT to provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services to adults with developmental disabilities at our Chelsea and Watertown Day Habilitation Program. State registration required.

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT– Part time position available in Chelsea or Watertown. Full time position in Hudson. Weekdays! Professional license required. Benefits available.

REGISTERED NURSE - Seeking a full time RN to provide health services for adults who have developmental disabilities living in the Chelmsford, Danvers, Lowell and Lexington areas. Some responsibilities include; the development of individual health care plans, participate in medical reviews and ISPs related to health needs, provide on-site emergency care. Current MA RN license necessary. Flexibility, travel, driver’s license & vehicle required.

LPN - Seeking an LPN to provide health services for individuals living in TILL’s residences. Some responsibilities include; the implementation of individual health care plans, participation in medical reviews and ISP’s related to health needs, provide on-site emergency care. Food Service Opportunities

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea,  Hyde Park and Nashua, NH.

NUTRITIONAL MENU PLANNER – new position! Part time position M-F 10:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities include writing all of the menus for ETC Hyde Park and Cravings in Nashua, NH. Complete all of the nutritional analyses for each school, complete all production records, billing, price analyses with the order guides for all four sites. Driver’s license, vehicle and travel necessary. Computer skills required. Knowledge of NSLP (National School Lunch Program) necessary. Benefits available.

FOOD SERVICE PROFESSIONAL – Position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Assist with the preparation of school lunches in a busy commercial kitchen. Deliver meals to schools. Attention to detail and ability to follow a strict production schedule is a must. Ability to lift 50lbs, good communication skills, customer service skills required. Work with individuals who have disabilities to gain vocational skills. M-F 7am-3pm (school year position)

DISHWASHER– Position available at ETC located in Hyde Park. Perform dishwashing and utility tasks in a busy commercial kitchen. Ability to lift 50lbs, good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment required. Work with individuals who have disabilities to gain vocational skills. M-F 9am-3:30pm (school year position)
