RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $11.29/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required. Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a 14 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-MORNINGS - $15/hr. A direct care, entry level position, Assist with the individuals' morning routines. Driver's license required. Monday-Friday. Hours run primarily 6am-9am. Hours available in Acton, Bedford, Burlington, Concord, Danvers, Hyde Park, Littleton, Lowell and Newton. PSS morning or evening hours available in Billerica, Burlington, Concord, Chelmsford, Danvers, Dedham, Peabody and Stoughton. $10.84/hr.
Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe
and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).
SITE SUPERVISOR- Position available at TILL Central in Billerica. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Maintain a quality program which includes coordinating administrative, staffing, programmatic and physical plant policies. BA/BS preferred. Three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives, and supervision. Driver’s license and vehicle required.
SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Exp. working with developmental disabilities and ISP knowledge necessary. A BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. Driver's license required. Full time position available at the Watertown Day Hab.
SENSORY MOTOR SPECIALIST - $12.02/hr. Part time position available at the Hudson Day Hab. Implement therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of the OTR and RPT including, but not limited to: range of motion exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, balance, positioning, mobility training, cardiovascular fitness training, sensory integration, meal time assistance and group process. Two years’ experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities are required. A BA/BS in human service, psychology, sociology, special education or related field is preferred. M-F 9am-3pm.
DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time position available at the Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Assist individuals with ADL’s, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. Full time position available at TILL Central in Billerica, Watertown and Chelsea. Driver’s license and vehicle required for TILL Central.
INSTRUCTOR - Seeking a part time Instructor for TRASE located in Hyde Park. This after school program offers structured social and recreational activities to children and adolescents ages 11-22 who have a wide range of cognitive disabilities. Assist with the development of activities. Exp. working with children, developmental disabilities or recreation preferred. $10/hr. Position based on school year schedule. Mon-Fri 2pm-6pm.
PER DIEM RN - Seeking Relief RN’s to provide services on a per diem basis to assist the regular nursing staff with administration of medications and treatments. Monitor/manage routine and episodic health care and medical health care needs at TILL’s Day Habs located in Billerica, Chelsea, Hudson or Watertown. Per Diem hours run primarily 9am-3pm, M-F. THERAPIST COORDINATOR/IHBS – TILL is seeking a full time Therapist Coordinator to provide clinical supervision of all non-credentialed therapists delivering In Home Behavioral Services under CBHI. Oversee and ensure the implementation of behavioral assessments and treatment plans. Position is based out of TILL’s Dedham or Peabody office Mon-Fri. Flexibility and willingness to travel necessary. Position requires an independently licensed masters level (or above) Mental Health clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Phd etc) with behavioral training and at least ten years of experience in the field. RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVES SUPPORT MANAGER - Full time position available based out of the North Shore. (30 hours) at the Forest St. residence located in Danvers providing individual support to two individuals living in the downstairs apartment. Responsible for supervising their PCAs (being a PCA surrogate). (10 hours) as a Shared Living Manager with cases on the North Shore. The Shared Living Manager is responsible for coordinating services and assessing the initial and ongoing needs of the individuals to determine the need to continue providing services Schedule is flexible but may occasionally require weekend hours. A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education, or related field. Three to five years of experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS. A minimum of two years’ experience working directly with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license and vehicle is required.

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including, several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria. Each of these food sites is managed under the direction of professionals who are experienced and trained in food services. Geographical areas are Chelsea and Hyde Park.
