Community Residential Services

RESIDENCE MANAGER - $40K. A management position with direct care responsibilities. Accountable for the daily operation of the residence. Duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. Position available in Canton, Easton, Stoughton,  Burlington, Brockton and Andover.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level professional position. Responsibilities include direct care as well as individual support plans and implementation. Driver's license required.  Schedules vary; most hours consist of 3pm-11pm, including a shift on Saturday or Sunday. Weekly staff meetings are mandatory. Full time and/or part time positions available in our North Shore, South Shore, Boston, Greater Boston and Metro West areas.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - Shared Living is seeking a positive and energetic person to provide PCA type services for a woman living in a private family home in Sharon, MA. Assist with personal care, meal times and provide companionship. Split shift hours Sunday-Saturday 6am-8am and 6pm-8pm. $14.50/hr with benefits! Driver's license not required however the home is not easily accessible by public transportation.

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-NIGHT/AWAKE - $12/hr. awake overnight positions responsible for implementing all night and morning programs, and direct care. Driver's license required. Day/Vocational Training Services

Our vocational and day habilitation programs, located in Chelsea, Hudson, Watertown, Billerica and Hyde Park, are designed to teach physically and developmentally disabled adults primary work and life skills in a highly structured, comprehensive training environment. In addition, we have individual supported work programs, a catering business in Hyde Park and Chelsea which employs developmentally disabled adults (Essence of Thyme Cafe and Gift Shop, E.T.C.).

BEHAVIORIST- DAY HAB - Seeking a Behaviorist to provide the ongoing behavioral consultation and training to TILLís Billerica and Hudson Day Habs. Qualifications include: Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst or have a Masterís Degree in health related field with one year of work experience in developing behavioral programming for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Must be a board certified assistant behavior analyst (BCABA) or enrolled in a program towards attaining a certificate or working toward their masterís degree in a health related field. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Essential program duties may include lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance.  CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.  Driverís license and vehicle are required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. Excellent benefits package!

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-  10 hours in Watertown, 10 hours in Hudson and/or 10 hours in Chelsea. File record reviews and other clerical support duties.

TRASE MANAGER Ė M/T/Th/F 11am-5pm W 12pm-6pm. Exp. working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities required. Must possess good oral communication skills. Drivers' license/vehicle required. Supervisory skills preferred.

AFTER SCHOOL DSP Ė Part time M-F afternoon openings available at TRASE located in Hyde Park.


SENIOR DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - Positions available at the Hudson, Billerica and Watertown Day Hab. The qualified candidate must have a BA/BS in Human Services or related field and at least one year experience in a position with writing and implementing individual goals and objectives. Driverís license required. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.

DAY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL - $14.50/hr. A direct care, entry level position responsible for implementing specific teaching programs in the following areas: activities of daily living, gross and fine motor, communication, self preservation and leisure skills: behavior management and community mobility. Full time and part  time position available at the Billerica, Chelsea, Watertown and Hudson Day Programs. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm/9am-3pm/12pm-3pm. Assist individuals with ADLís, community goals and gross motor skills. At least one year exp. in human services required. 

Support Services

TILL's family based programs are designed to provide care, skills training, recreation, and support to children, adults and elders with special needs, who live at home in the following areas: Greater Boston, South Shore, North Shore, Metro West and New Hampshire.

AUTISM SUPPORT BROKER Ė Seeking a full time Support Broker to provide a variety of support services and resources to the families and their children who are determined to be eligible for the Autism Waiver Program and who are on the Autism Brokerís caseload. Qualified candidates should possess a BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education, or related field.  Three to five years of experience will be considered in lieu of a BA/BS.  A minimum of two (2) yearsí experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience with service coordination and data management necessary. A valid driverís license and vehicle is required.  Good written and verbal skills are essential.  Responsibilities may include lifting individuals, passive restraints, and hand-over-hand assistance.  Must be able to work independently and be highly motivated.  CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment. Position is based out of the Dedham office. Schedule flexibility necessary.

LIFE COACH CONSULTANT-Hours available in Greater Boston, Canton, Wrentham, Brookline, Newton and Walpole.  Hours vary based on availability of individual in need. Provide targeted goal oriented supports to people with high functioning ASD. Must be able to create structured plans with concrete step that the person can complete independently. Must be able to commit to providing 2-4 hours per week. Coaching services provides a maximum of 144 hours of support per year. Scope of supports includes college applications, connecting with resources, vocational services and independent living skills. BA/BS or MA degree and at least 2 years exp. working with adults with ASD. Knowledge of ABA or exp. providing ABA preferred. Be familiar with the process of applying for eligibility for needed supports and resources. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Driver's license required. Hourly rate is based on standard rates set by DDS-based on approved level of service.

SPRINGBOARD LEADER -Seeking a prep leader to develop bi-weekly activities and accompany students on social events. Perfect position for current TILL consultants seeking extra hours!! Develop Springboard prep activity scheduled for 10-15 members. Accompany students on activities. TILL van provided. Work to develop social skills. The qualified candidate must have high energy, the ability to motivate others and enjoy working with high school students. Exp. with high functioning Autism /Asperger's / LD necessary. Driver's license and sound driving record required. $65 per session. Every other Saturday 11am-3pm.

HELP DESK TECHNICIAN - Under general direction, the Help Desk Technician provides Level 1 support for TILLís technology footprint. This individual supports, maintains, and evaluates computer, servers, networking, and telecommunication systems; creates and manages employee access accounts; and performs other related duties as assigned. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Qualifications: High School graduate with relevant experience in technology is required. Knowledge of and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software is required. Knowledge of and experience in configuring and deploying tablet devices is required. Knowledge of and experience in a variety of office software applications from an end user perspective is required. Driverís license and vehicle required.

Provide outpatient psychotherapy to child/adolescent and special needs population on an outreach basis in the Everett, Malden, Medford, Stoneham and surrounding areas. CLINICAL SUPERVISOR- Outpatient Clinic, LICSW PT/FT , Fee-for Service or Salary with benefits, flexible hours. Strattus is an outpatient mental health clinic located in Dedham, MA .  An excellent career opportunity exists to join a senior level team of supervisors to provide clinical supervision to MSW and LCSW clinicians along with other duties. LICSW and UR exp. required.

PSYCHIATRIST - Strattus,TILL's Mental Health Clinic in Dedham, MA is expanding its outpatient psychiatric services and is looking for an additional part time psychiatrist. We are looking for someone with experience in psychopharmacology for approximately 10-15 hours per week. Days/hours flexible. This is a great opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team. Experienced in acute and chronic mental health is required. Compensation is competitive. Board Certified adult psychiatrist. Duties will include evaluations and on going medication management. Complete assessments and notes in our EHR. Maintain an active DEA certificate and medical license.

BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT THERAPIST - Part time consultant position in Boston, South Shore, Lowell and/or Merrimack Valley area. Assess and develop a focused behavior plan working with a care plan team to provide behavioral services to children under the age of 21 and teaching care givers behavioral tools to sustain the child in the home. The qualified candidate must be a Masters Level Clinician with behavioral exp. Flexible day or evening hours. Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior plans required.

ABA THERAPISTS / DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS - Seeking a direct support workers (DSW) to implement in-home ABA services for children within the MA Autism Waiver Program and/or insurance-based ABA services. The DSW follows through with a behavior plan and skill acquisition plan developed by a senior level therapist. The DSW is also responsible for recording data on targeted skills and behaviors as directed by the senior level therapist. This position will require a minimum of six hours a week per child served. Qualifications: Bachelorís Degree preferred, though not required, direct experience working one on one with children with autism spectrum disorder, availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends. Pay rate is based on exp. and qualifications and will start at $25 per hour. 

BCBA THERAPIST CONSULTANT - TILL, Inc. is seeking part-time (afteschool/weekend hours) Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts(LABA) to be part of our enthusiastic team providing home based ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our ABA services team provides individualized treatment to our clients, which includes functional behavioral assessments, ongoing data collection, behavioral and skill based treatment planning, and parent training in the home setting. The BCBA/LABA will complete initial assessments of clients (including VBMAPP or ABLLS), develop each clientís treatment plan, review collected data, and appropriately update the treatment plan to meet the clientís and familyís needs. The BCBA/LABA is also responsible for guiding and supervising the ABA therapist/DSW implementing the treatment plan, ensuring adequate support for the family, and providing training for family members. Qualifications: Masters and/or Doctoral Level Practitioner AND current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D OR current license as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.Minimum of 3 years experience in ABA. Strong supervisory skills. Availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends.

LPN- Seeking an LPN to assist the RN with health services. Driverís license and vehicle required. Current LPN license required. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred. Part time positions available in Hudson, Billerica, Carlisle, Dedham, Canton, Reading.

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES - Monitor chronic and episodic health care and assess acute conditions in coordination with the individualsí other Health Care Providers and program staff. Some other responsibilities include, maintain MAP Trainer Status, teaching MAP when needed, and maintain close communication with Program managers, Coordinators and Assistant Directors regarding health concerns. Supervise Day Habilitation program nurses and oversee scheduling needs of those positions. RN with a minimum of a BA in Nursing and current Massachusetts license. Minimum of five years' experience with progressive responsibilities in supervision, training, clinical assessment and management skills in increasingly independent environments.  Current driver's license and car are required.  Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individual needs and objectives, as well as for providing effective training and consultation. Must possess good verbal, written and computer skills to effectively communicate the needs of the individuals.

COMMUNITY RN - TILL is seeking an RN to assist with health services individuals living in TILLís community residences located in Burlington, Billerica, Danvers, Middleton and Peabody. Facilitate good health care practice by assisting staff and providers in carrying out health care interventions, providing assessments and training. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. Must maintain current RN licensure in Massachusetts. Exp. in the field of developmental disabilities or mental health preferred. Must possess good written and oral skills to effectively communicate individuals' needs and goals. Must be able to physically assist individuals in activities of daily living, including lifting, hand-over-hand assistance, and passive restraints. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

RN- Seeking an RN for TILL's Day Habilitation Program located in Billerica. Current RN license required. Driverís license and vehicle necessary. Exp. with developmental disabilities preferred. Mon - Fri from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Since 1980, TILL has gained a unique combination of experience in both food services and vocational training. We currently provide food service management to several schools in the area, including,  several private high schools, numerous day and elder centers and a well known computer company's employee cafeteria.
