Our management team are leaders in the field, and have a demonstrated history of professional experience and long-term commitment to individuals and their families and to the development and delivery of community based services.

What speaks to our strength is the longevity of TILL employees—not just our management team, but our entire staff of over 1000, showing a retention rate which is much higher than the national average. Meet a few of our key team members.

Dafna Krouk-Gordon, President and Founder of TILL, Inc., is a leader and innovator on a statewide and national level in developing services for people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Her management and clinical background brings a unique combination of professional expertise, fiscal management and clinical excellence to services. As an appointed two term member of the Governor’s Commission on Mental Retardation and past president and board member of the statewide providers’ council, she is a strong advocate for defining service delivery for people with complex needs. She sets a consistent message for excellence in setting TILL’s standards for its services and employees.

Christine Sweeney, Vice President of Human Resources has worked with TILL since 1983, holding positions in direct care, residential management, and recreational services. She has been in her current position since 1998. Her firsthand knowledge of all aspects of employee and consumer needs brings a unique expertise to the department which offers growth opportunities to employees while demanding standards of excellence in all of the agency’s recruitment. She consistently institutes innovative ways of encouraging new ideas from employees and career growth opportunities in the field of human services.

Kevin Stock is the Vice President of Finance and has been with TILL since 1981. He has held key management positions in TILL’s residential services as well serving as Vice President of Operations for five years during which he instituted many of the agency’s efficient fiscal and operational systems. Kevin holds a Master’s of Science degree from Suffolk University and has worked in the public sector of human services prior to coming to TILL.

Linda Naclerio is Vice President of Program Services. She holds a Masters’ degree in Management and has worked in the public and private sector for over thirty years in the field of developmental disabilities as well as dealing with those struggling with homelessness. She was the Director of TILL’s day habilitation programs prior to holding her current position. Her extensive experience on the direct care and administrative level provides an excellent opportunity for implementing the standards for TILL’s programs.

Sharon Veronique Kreder is the Vice President of Clinical and Support Services. She obtained her PhD in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook and completed her postdoctoral neuropsychological training as a fellow in the Departments of Neurology and Psychology at McLean Hospital. Dr. Kreder’s career has been in Mental Health and ID and she joined TILL in 1997, as the Clinic Director for Strattus, the agency’s mental health services center. She became VP in 2013, andutilizes her expertise in clinical psychology, neuropsychology and brain/behavior dynamics to inform the administrative, supervisory, training and clinical work for the agency.
