Communities embrace our cafés for more than just the delicious food, reasonable prices, and welcoming atmosphere. They welcome us because we offer an opportunity for local neighborhoods to feel connected and good about their choices.
  ETC operates two fully licensed kitchens where contracted catered meals are prepared and delivered to schools and public and private companies. Additionally, a gift shop is located in this busy retail center where customers browse through the gift shop while sipping coffee. Breakfast and lunches are prepared by the individuals who attend ETC for training in culinary arts or crafts. Artisans and chefs help individuals learn new skills and refine those they already possess.

Our New Hampshire based kitchen, café and gift shop serves the areas north of Boston and Southern New Hampshire. All menu items are prepared by a professionally trained food manager out of our commercially licensed kitchen. Individuals together with staff produce hand crafted gift items for sale in our gift shop.
