TILL’s Woodland Guest House is located in a comfortable four-bedroom home in Lexington, Massachusetts, and operated by TILL, Inc., in partnership with the Central Middlesex and Merrimack Valley DDS Area offices.
The Woodland Guest House offers cozy single bedrooms and welcoming common areas for up to 4 guests, with individualized support and around the clock supervision. Woodland Guest House provides growth opportunities through a variety of social and recreational activities, practice for independent living, while meeting new people and creating friendships through shared experiences.
Woodland Guest House provides respite for family members, allowing time off from caregiving responsibilities, confident in the care and supervision provided by our experienced staff.
Guests are referred through the Central Middlesex and Merrimack Valley Area DDS Area offices. Eligibility is assessed through the intake process to determine if the Woodland Guest House is an appropriate match for the interests, skills and support needs of the prospective guest. Scheduling is based on availability.
Safety: Please note that the home is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must be able to navigate stairs, evacuate in an emergency with minimal prompting, and be safe both inside the home and in public spaces. To ensure access for all, guests must be respectful of other guests, their privacy and sharing of common space.
