TILL, Inc. is seeking part-time (afterschool/weekend hours) Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts(LABA) to be part of our enthusiastic team providing home based ABA services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our ABA services team provides individualized treatment to our clients, which includes functional behavioral assessments, ongoing data collection, behavioral and skill based treatment planning, and parent training in the home setting. The BCBA/LABA will complete initial assessments of clients (including VBMAPP or ABLLS), develop each client’s treatment plan, review collected data, and appropriately update the treatment plan to meet the client’s and family’s needs. The BCBA/LABA is also responsible for guiding and supervising the ABA therapist/DSW implementing the treatment plan, ensuring adequate support for the family, and providing training for family members. Qualifications: Masters and/or Doctoral Level Practitioner AND current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D AND current license as an Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts. Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA. Strong supervisory skills. Availability to work after school hours, some nights and weekends.
