Behaviorist

Location: Boston Metro
Type: Full-time/Part-time

BEHAVIORIST - Provide the ongoing behavioral consultation and training to TILL Day programs in Chelsea and Watertown. Develop optimal programming assessments and teaching tools for all individual's behavioral and skill building needs. Evaluate data and progress at least monthly to make timely and appropriate treatment decisions/revisions and help coordinate communication of this progress to psychiatric services for individuals. Review all documentation and participate in all meetings as required by TILL, DDS, DPH, MassHealth and other governmental and certification agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst or have a Master’s Degree in health related field with one year of work experience in developing behavioral programming for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Must be a board certified assistant behavior analyst (BCABA) or enrolled in a program towards attaining a certificate or working toward their master’s degree in a health related field. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Essential program duties may include lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance. CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment. Driver’s license and vehicle are required.
