TILL, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS). IHBS is a parent-coaching model. Great opportunity for Clinicians looking for supervision toward licensure. Staff meetings/peer supervision groups, unlimited training through our online learning system with free CEU’s. The Behavior Management Therapist of TILL’s In-Home Behavioral Services is a member of a team consisting of a Masters level therapist and a paraprofessional (Behavior Monitor). The IHBS Therapist works closely with the Behavior Monitor who will help support the Therapist and family.
Essential Job Functions:
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Document observations of the youth in the home and community.
- Structured interviews with the youth and family.
- Completion of a written Functional Behavioral Assessment and Comprehensive Initial Assessment.
- Development of highly specific behavior plan to address objectives/goals.
- Development of risk management/safety plan.
- Work closely with the Behavior Monitor to oversee data collection and progress; make adjustments to goals and objectives as needed.
- Participate in Care Plan Meetings and collaborate with other team members.
- Meets with family up to 2X per week.
- Maintains a minimum caseload of 8-12 hours per week.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Masters level practitioner with degrees in one of the following: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Special Education, Social Work, Education, BCBA, or related human service field.
- Electronic Health Record experience
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License/Car
