$75-80k based on experience


The Clinical Supervisor is an experienced, licensed clinician who is part of the senior-level clinical team. The Clinical Supervisor assists the team to ensure that quality services are provided to Strattus/TILL’s outpatient clients, and reports to the Senior Clinical Director.


  • Provides weekly clinical supervision to Clinicians.

  • Utilization Review of all documentation completed by the Clinicians/Interns assigned.

  • Additional UR of fully licensed Clinicians.

  • Participation in weekly QA meetings with Senior Director and other Senior Clinicians.

  • Assist in the development of clinical trainings and periodically assists in leading monthly staff meetings.

  • Provide emergency consultation to supervisees as needed.

  • Assist with biweekly peer supervision groups.

  • Ensure clinical records are accurate, current, and meet state mandates.

  • Knowledge of CBHI/IHBS a plus.

  • May carry a small caseload of clients.

  • Master’s degree in counseling and/or social work required.

  • Current LMHC/LICSW. LMHCs must be 3-5 years post-LMHC.

  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts.

  • CANS Certification.

  • Must have previous administrative experience.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with children, adolescents and adults.

  • Cultural competence.

  • Computer proficiency and EHR (Electronic Health Records) experience.

  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
