HELP DESK TECHNICIAN - Provide Level 1 support for TILL’s technology footprint. Position based out of TILL’s Dedham office. Qualifications: High School graduate with relevant experience in technology; installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software as required. Configuring and deploying tablet devices in a variety of office software applications from an end user perspective. Must be detail oriented, possess excellent written/oral skills to effectively communicate and teach end users. Must be a self-starter regarding learning and supporting new technologies in a constantly evolving footprint. Knowledge and some experience of Google’s G Suite, Apple mobile device management, managing Symantec Endpoint Protection and experience in the operation and maintenance of audio/visual equipment. Driver’s license and vehicle required.
