TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options.
The primary purpose of this position is to project the vision and mission of the agency in a way which clearly represents its core values and culture both internally and externally.  In performing the responsibilities of this role, the Manager will create publicity and marketing materials for all TILL programs, projects and affiliates.
Starting salary is $25/hr. Schedule 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Some required travel daily throughout TILL’s MA and NH Service areas.
•    Develop materials which represent TILL, its programs and services.

•    Create materials for TILL and potential referral sources.

•    Maintain a social media presence which is current at all times.

•    Research and respond to funding opportunities in the form of grants, proposals, and donations.
•    Communicating with referral and information requests.
•    Photograph programs and media events to showcase TILL’s unique services and programs for internal and external marketing opportunities.

•    Maintain community exposure in all relevant TILL related program locations and work with news outlets in all formats to maintain frequent external presence about TILL’s services.

•    Minimum BA/BS required.  
•    Minimum of five years’ experience with progressive responsibilities in marketing.   
•    Proven successful experience in marketing and communications with an organization comparable to TILL’s size and number of employees.  
•    Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent computer and social medial knowledge.  
•    CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.  
•    Valid drivers’ license and car are required.
