RESIDENCE MANAGER - Seeking a Residence Manager to ensure that the daily operations of the residence are run smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner appropriate to the health, safety, and programming needs of individuals and staff. Some duties include direct care, staff supervision, household, and financial management. Flexibility and experience required. $40K.
BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. A minimum of one year of working in a residential setting with similar population and ISP experience is required. Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. Good written and verbal skills are essential. This position includes direct care in essential programs for the individuals. These essential programs may include lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance. Medication Certification, CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.
