Support Service Manager- NH

Location: Nashua Area
Type: Full-time/Part-time

SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGER - Oversee Enhanced family care (EFC) placements in the Nashua area. Provide support, training and resources to providers and individuals. Conduct routine home visits and annual recertifications of the home. Recruit new providers and make new placements.  Complete annual assessments and develop goals and objectives as required by regulations. Must have flexibility with schedule to meet specific program needs. BA/BS in Human Services or related field and 5 years of experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or a Master’s with 3 years’ experience. A valid driver’s license and car are required.  Good written and oral skills are required to effectively communicate. CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment. M/W 9am-2pm, T/TH 11a-4p.
