TILL’s mixed-use building on Broadway at Congress Street houses our 23-unit affordable, accessible apartment building, our Chelsea Day Program Center, and commercial kitchen/café space.  ETC Chelsea, part of our Essence of Thyme and Cravings (ETC) Food Service, was underutilized after the opening of our larger, state of the art kitchen in Hyde Park, leaving this beautiful space ready for a new opportunity.

Local restauranteurs Carlos and Jenny Camacho of Café El Dorado (below) will be bringing their signature empanadas and other Columbian specialties to this pop-up café.  TILL is excited to be a part of this local economic development by partnering with Camachos, and providing employment and opportunities in this vibrant community
