Dafna Krouk-Gordon, President and Founder of TILL, Inc., is a leader and innovator on a statewide and national level in developing services for people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Her management and clinical background bring a unique combination of professional expertise, fiscal management and clinical excellence to TILL's services. As an appointed two-term member of the Governor’s Commission on Mental Retardation and past president and board member of the statewide Providers’ Council, she is a strong advocate for defining service delivery for people with complex needs. She sets a consistent message for excellence in setting TILL’s standards for its services and employees.
Christine Sweeney, Vice President of Human Resources, has worked with TILL since 1983, holding positions in direct support, residential management, and recreational services. She has been in her current position since 1998. Her firsthand knowledge of all aspects of employee and consumer needs brings unique expertise to the department, which offers growth opportunities to employees while demanding standards of excellence in all of the agency’s recruitment. She consistently institutes innovative ways of encouraging new ideas from employees and career growth opportunities in the field of human services.
Kevin Stock is the Vice President of Finance and has been with TILL since 1981. He has held key management positions in TILL’s residential services as well serving as Vice President of Operations for five years, during which he instituted many of the agency’s efficient fiscal and operational systems. Kevin holds a Master’s of Science degree from Suffolk University and has worked in the public sector of human services prior to joining TILL.
