TILL Pathways is our innovative training program developed in partnership with Bay Path University. What makes it unique is that TILL Pathways will PAY YOU to learn more about working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury and autism. Free college credits, high-quality courses, PLUS a generous financial stipend up to $4,200 for class participation and documented expenses are all part of this outstanding learning experience.

- Up to 15 TILL Staff members will be accepted into each session.
- Open to staff in any TILL program or department.
- Must be a MA resident.
Who Can Apply?
Staff members who currently work for TILL, in any department, and want to continue on a career path in human services working directly with clients with medical specialization are encouraged to apply. No minimum length of employment is required to participate; new staff members are welcome to apply.
Program Details
This training program consists of 14 weekly remote sessions of instruction by a Bay Path professor about providing direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury and autism. The program includes regularly scheduled meetings with the Bay Path/TILL project navigator. Courses are asynchronous to work with your busy schedule.
Session Dates and Deadlines
Session 1: January - May 1, 2026 (session full)
Session 2: May 11 - August 21, 2026 (Applications due April 15, 2026)
Session 3: August 31 - December 18, 2026 (Applications due July 30, 2026)
Session 4: January 11 - April 30, 2027 (Application due December 10, 2026)
