With the success of TILL’s entrepreneurial food service training program, Essence of Thyme Café and Catering has outgrown its River Street, Hyde Park kitchen. TILL purchased the former Briar Rose restaurant at 1300 Hyde Park Ave, Hyde Park, and after extensive renovations, opened its doors for business in this beautiful new site! In order to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery of school lunches, ETC utilized the winter school vacation week to complete their transition.
