BEHAVIORIST – Provide the ongoing behavioral consultation and training to TILL’s Day programs/TILL Centrals located in Billerica & Hudson. Develop optimal programming assessments and teaching tools for all individual's behavioral and skill building needs. Qualifications- Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst or have a Master’s Degree in health related field with one year of work experience in developing behavioral programming for individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Must be a board certified assistant behavior analyst (BCABA) or enrolled in a program towards attaining a certificate or working toward their master’s degree in a health related field. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Essential program duties may include lifting individuals, passive restraints and hand-over-hand assistance. Driver’s license and vehicle are required.
