IT Specialist

Location: Dedham, Boston Metro
Type: Full-Time

IT Specialist

The IT Specialist provides primary support for TILL’s technology footprint, responsible for the front-line management of the TILL Technology Service Center.  This individual supports, maintains, and evaluates computer, servers, networking, and telecommunication systems; creates and manages employee access accounts; and performs other related duties as assigned. It is expected that the IT Specialist will perform these duties independently with limited direction. Monday- Friday $55K-$60K. 

Qualifications

  • An Associates degree or higher in computer science or related field; Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Experience in installing and maintaining computer hardware.

  • Experience in a variety of office software applications.

  • Must be detail oriented, possess excellent written and oral skills to effectively communicate to and teach end users with diverse technology/computer skills.

  • A basic knowledge of cybersecurity security concepts.

  • A driver’s license and vehicle.

  •  Hands-on experience in administering a Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and administrative tools such as InTune, Entra, Purview, and Microsoft Security is a plus.
