The Live-In Support Building Manager/ Live-In Support Person has specific responsibilities and  hours that they are available to the tenants residing in this Cooperative Living building. Provide support to 16 tenants residing in 8 apartments for individuals with various types of abilities and disabilities living independently. 

In exchange for completing the listed duties the Live-In will have a rent free apartment including heat and hot water and an off-street parking spot. The Live-In is entitled to 3 weeks of vacation from the live-in position. 

BA/BS preferred or a HS diploma and 5 years experience with adults with Developmental Disabilities required. Knowledge of building maintenance issues preferred. Live-In Support Building Manager is required to be in the building every night 10pm-7am. Support hours M-F 4pm-7pm. Weekly support hours $22/hr.
