PROGRAM MANAGER - Position available at the Watertown Day Hab. The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain a quality day habilitation program which includes directing administrative, staffing, programmatic, and physical plant policies. Other personnel are available to be delegated the responsibilities of the implementation of some of these policies; however, establishing the policies and systems necessary to operate a sound facility is the responsibility of the Manager, who reports directly to the Director of Day Habilitation Services and TILL Centrals. Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.
Minimum BA/BS in Human Services, Psychology or related field and three years’ experience in a position with progressive responsibilities in areas of administration, writing and implementing individual objectives and goals, and supervision. Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required. Must possess good writing and oral skills to effectively communicate individuals’ needs and objectives as well as providing training and supervision to staff. Must be able to physically assist individuals including lifting, passive restraints and hand over hand assistance. CPR and First Aid Certifications are a condition of employment.
