Sarah believes that therapy is about wants, needs, values, and strengths and that communication is the essence of therapy.  “I find the most important pieces are feeling safe, respected, comforted, and valued (like a warm blanket). The process and importance of the rapport building and therapeutic relationships cannot be understated. I utilize a collaborative approach with my clients to create achievable goals as well as an evidence-based therapeutic approach and I do not use a cookie cutter approach; nothing is one size fits all.”
