About ETC
ETC is your neighborhood gift shop and commercial kitchen. In our second floor art studio, artisan trainees of all abilities hand craft gift items in our bright and creative space. Our culinary trainees learn kitchen skills in our commercial kitchen, preparing and packaging breakfast, lunch and snacks for private and public schools, day care and senior centers.
All proceeds from gift shop sales are reinvested in our vocational training programs.
