Description

TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL, Inc is seeking an In-home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team! Intensive In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) is a family-centered program that provides individualized behavioral support within the home. IHBS therapists work alongside behavior monitors to assess needs, develop intervention strategies, and help caregivers implement effective support for their child. The program focuses on building caregiver skills, strengthening family functioning, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes.

IHBS Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments to help create a behavior action plan to support the family.
  •  Works closely with the behavior monitor to oversee data collection and the implementation of the behavior plan.
  • Participate in care plan and IEP meetings while collaborating with other providers.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or other related Human Service fields.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
  •  Candidates who are bi-lingual are encouraged to apply!
