Jenna’s background as a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) influences how she helps clients explore thoughts and emotions. “I believe therapy doesn’t need to feel abstract or mysterious,” she explains. “My goal is to make it practical, accessible, and centered around my client’s goals. I approach therapy as a practical, collaborative process where clients can feel understood without judgment. I believe progress happens when we work together to understand patterns and build skills that apply beyond the therapy room.”
