Description

TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL, Inc is seeking an In-home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team! Intensive In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) is a family-centered program that provides individualized behavioral support within the home. IHBS behavior monitors work with the IHBS therapists providing and modeling behavioral interventions with caregivers and their children. The program focuses on building caregiver skills, strengthening family functioning, and promoting positive behavioral outcomes.

 

Schedule

Fee For Service. Starting at $26/ hour.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Works with the individual and their caregivers through implementation of interventions, modeling, and coaching.
  • Collaborates with their clinical supervisor, IHBS therapist and other clinical providers.
  • Monitor the youth’s progress on identified goals and maintain data collection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, child development, or other human services related degrees with one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families.

Or 

  •  An associates degree in counseling, psychology, child development, education or other human services related degrees with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families.
  • Valid Drivers license and vehicle required.
  • Bilingual a plus!
