TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options.

TILL, Inc is seeking an In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Behavior Monitor to join our experienced and exceptional team! In-Home Behavioral Services (IHBS) is a family centered program providing individualized behavioral support in the home. Behavior Monitors collaborate as a team with master’s level clinicians to implement and model behavioral interventions for caregivers and children, strengthen caregiver skills, improve family functioning, and promote positive behavioral outcomes. This position offers flexible scheduling, hands-on clinical experience, opportunities to develop behavioral health skills, and individual supervision with a licensed supervisor.

Schedule

Relief/Consultant/Fee For Service. Starting at $26/ hour.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral interventions with the youth and their caregivers through direct support, skill modeling, coaching, and reinforcement of treatment strategies.
• Collaborate regularly with the Clinical Supervisor, IHBS Therapist, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and consistent service delivery.
• Monitor the youth's progress toward identified treatment goals by collecting, documenting, and reporting behavioral data to inform ongoing assessment and treatment planning.
• Provide caregivers with guidance and support to promote the consistent implementation of behavioral strategies across home and community settings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, child development, or other human services related degrees with one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families.

Or 

• An associates degree in counseling, psychology, child development, education or other human services related degrees with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families.
• Valid Drivers license and vehicle required.
• Bilingual a plus!
