Lisa received her undergraduate degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and her graduate degree from Lesley University. She has worked with young adults, adults, and older adults who need support with life transitions who have a wide variety of diagnoses including anxiety and depression, parenting/life stressors, career ambivalence, relationship issues, self-esteem, cultural factors, and transitions. Lisa uses a strength-based, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing-focused therapeutic approach.

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Lisa has more than 16 years experience helping adults identify and navigate thought patterns and cycles that may be contributing to challenges with coping, managing emotions and symptoms. Her supervisory experience includes 13 years providing clinical supervision for ongoing clinical development and training.
