Stephanie earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts, with a specialization in mental health counseling. Her clinical approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing on evidence-based modalities including person-centered therapy, mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Through this comprehensive framework, she effectively supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment disorders.
