Caroline received their B.S. in Psychology (Neuroscience) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William James College. Caroline began her career providing in-home 1:1 and family support for adolescents with ASD before transitioning to a role as a Case Manager for people without homes. Additionally, they have led social skills groups incorporating TTRPGs such as Dungeons and Dragons.
Clinically, she currently works with both younger and older adults, predominantly treating Anxiety, Depression, ASD, and ADHD using DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered solution-focused methods. They are passionate about creating a safe and non-judgemental space for self expression and exploration while fostering independence, confidence, and compassion in her clients.
